RAB ELITE will be 3 hours of intense training sessions. Each session will work on individual skills, speed/agility, strength, competitive drills and scrimmages.
Each athlete will get individualized attention, as they are pushed to take their game to the next level.
The camp has limited availability and you must apply for 1 of the 20 slots available.
Who: Rising 10th graders to college (Need to Apply or Receive Invitation)
When: August 5-8th from 1-4pm
