Vinny DeAngelo - Coach Vinny

Coach Vinny is the starting point guard for Swarthmore College, the #1 team in the country for NCAA Division III. In his freshman campaign, Vinny received Freshman of the Year for the Centennial Conference, as well as National Freshman of the Year.

He is a local product, as he graduated from Sun Valley. At Sun Valley he was a 3 year captain for Sun Valley’s Varsity Basketball Team. He led the team to District 5A Championship and Quarterfinals of States. Vinny was 1st Team All Delco and 1st Team All State during a career in which he scored 1707 points (15th all time in Declo History).
